Terms of Use

By using GlowProof, you agree to these terms.
What GlowProof is — and isn't
GlowProof is a tracking and photography companion for at-home red light devices. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and makes no claims about treating any condition. Always follow your device manufacturer's instructions, including guidance about eye protection and session length, and consult a qualified professional for medical questions about your skin.
Subscriptions
You may complete onboarding and create an on-device baseline Photo Estimate before the paywall. Ongoing session tracking, weekly comparisons, photo history, time-lapses, and reports require GlowProof Pro. GlowProof Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, with pricing shown before purchase. There is no free trial or introductory offer. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.
Your content
Your photos and notes are yours and remain on your device. You are responsible for the photos you take and any content you choose to export or share.
Photo Estimate limitations
Photo Estimate is an experimental on-device visual comparison, not a clinical measurement. It has not been clinically validated and cannot diagnose or measure a medical condition. Capture conditions can affect its values, and small differences may reflect photo variation rather than a change in your skin.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
GlowProof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We'll update the date above when we do.
