Where are my photos?
On your iPhone, and only there. GlowProof does not upload, sync, or back up photos. Deleting the app deletes its local photo history.
How do I manage or cancel?
Use Manage subscription in GlowProof Profile, or open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore a purchase?
Tap Restore on the paywall or Restore purchases in Profile while signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase.
Is Photo Estimate medical?
No. It is an experimental on-device visual estimate, not a diagnosis or clinically validated measurement.
