Privacy Policy

GlowProof is built on a simple promise: your photos never leave your device. This policy explains exactly what the app does and doesn't collect.

Your photos

Baseline and progress photos are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage, protected by iOS file encryption. They are never uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.

Your notes and session history

Session records, notes, and moods are stored only on your device. We cannot read them.

Photo Estimate

Photo Estimate is computed entirely on your device. It is experimental, has not been clinically validated, and cannot diagnose or measure a medical condition. Lighting, camera processing, makeup, facial hair, pose, expression, and skin tone can affect the estimate.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We use RevenueCat to validate subscriptions; RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and purchase receipt data from Apple, never your photos or personal content. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

What we never collect

• Photos or any image data
• Names, emails, or contact information
• Location data
• Health or medical records
• Advertising identifiers — GlowProof contains no ads and no trackers

Data deletion

Photos, Photo Estimates, sessions, notes, and moods live on your device. Deleting the app deletes this local content. Purchase and entitlement records are managed by Apple and RevenueCat under their respective policies.

Children

GlowProof is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. The core promise — photos stay on your device — will not change.
